By using ClearUp, you agree to these terms.
What ClearUp is.
ClearUp is a tool for tracking acne over time. You take daily photos and log changes, and our AI (Claude by Anthropic) reads your text logs to spot patterns.
What ClearUp is NOT.
ClearUp is not a medical device. ClearUp does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI feedback is informational only — based on your own logs — and is not a substitute for advice from a dermatologist or doctor. If you're experiencing severe acne, scarring, or any skin concern that worries you, please see a doctor.
Your account.
There is no account. The app works locally on your device.
Subscription.
ClearUp offers subscription options ($4.99/month, $34.99/year) after a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Acceptable use.
Don't use ClearUp to track anyone other than yourself without their permission, or to share or upload anyone else's photos.
Limitations.
ClearUp is provided "as is." We cannot guarantee the AI's feedback is correct or useful for your specific situation.
Changes.
If we update these terms, you'll be notified at the top of the app.
